Hi everyone,
A few weeks ago I was given this cipher challenge and have only had about an hour to look at it.
I've been told it is a phrase or common expression but think of basic algorithms for this as the author is a novice but not so much of a novice seeing as it isn't obviously, at least I don't think so.
I'm sure one of you can break this but unfortunately there is no prize just the satisfaction of knowing that you broke a cipher :-)
