职位介绍：
Position1: Software Quality Engineer / Senior Software Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.      Work with test leads/manager in Shanghai and US to meet testing requirements
2.      Testing Aspen products and components
3.      Design and execute manual and automated test cases
4.      Identify defects and work with developers to ensure resolution of defects
5.      Continually Improve the team work efficiency
Requirements:
1.      Must have 3+ years experience with BS or MS in Computer Science or related majors, including experience with software testing
2.      Database (Oracle and SQL Server) experience and familiar with SQL
3.      InstallShield, virtualization (App-V, VPC, VMWare, Hyper-V), windows Sharepoint and programming skills (C# and JavaScript) are preferred
4.      Have good written and spoken English skills
5.      Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
6.      Understanding of software testing standards, methods and conventions

Position2: Software Developer for Installation & Deployment
Responsibilities
            Building installation package and patch for AspenTech products
           Develop and maintain the InstallShield projects and automated building process
           Create pre-requisite for 3rd party components
           Perform the installation testing and address the install defects
           Deploy software via different scenarios: DVD, Web download, Virtualization
           Learning new technology in Windows Installer and Windows OS
           Working with support team to resolve customer issues

Qualifications
           BS/MS in Computer Science or a related major
           Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
           Good written and spoken English
           Good Windows system knowledge and general computer skills are preferred
           Familiar with virtualization technology, i.e. App-V, VPC, VMWare, Hyper-V
           Familiar with InstallShield/WiseInstall/NullInstall is a big plus
           Basic programming skills, like VB scripts.
           Responsible, creative and teamwork spirit are required
