formatdatetime('yyyy-mm-dd hh:nn:ss zzz',now)
取得的时间怎么一直没变（只是显示没变，但实际上延时是可以感觉出来的），如下，是在DLL里
17=2015-01-13 19:41:59 168
18=2015-01-13 19:41:59 168
19=2015-01-13 19:41:59 168
20=2015-01-13 19:41:59 168
比如17步到18步是延时了几秒钟的，可以感觉出来，但LOG里记下的时间却没有改变
