“There is no requirement to install the SDK in a specific location relative to <IDADIR>.”

tilib存放的位置：
Installation is as simple as extracting the .zip file contents into <IDADIR>. The tilib utility may be used to list the contentsof existing .til files or create new .til files by parsing C (not C++) header files.

flair的存放位置
Installation of the FLAIR utilities is a simple matter of extracting the contents of the associated Zip file, though we highly recommend that you create a dedicated flair directory as the destination because the Zip file is not organized with a top-level directory.
