Summary of the Forum Rules
Rules:
All posts must be written in English.
Do not post 'Thank You' posts.
Do not post mirrors for attachments uploaded by other members.
Strive to keep posts clean, friendly, and on topic.
Make sure that you post new threads in the correct section.
Posts unrelated to reverse engineering are discouraged.
Do not spam, abuse or threaten any member in the Forum, whether by post, email, private message or any other means.

User group promotion:
No permission to download, invite, crack request and use [Add Reputation] button:
Banned (Newbie user group with reputation less than -10)
Friend
Has permission to download, invite, crack request and use [Add Reputation] button:
Family ((reputation > 32) & (registered days > 8) & (post count > 16))
VIP (elected only)
Developer (Software developers)
Automatic downgrade: (Not logged in for more than one year, or no post in 180 days.)
This will be decided later.
Penalty:
1. [thank you] and [why I cannot download] post.
First time: -5 points and ban for 7 days with warning.
Second time: ban forever.
2. Insult Other Member(s)
First time: -5 points and ban for 30 days,
Second time: ban forever.
3. One user with multiple accounts or shared accounts
Ban all accounts.
4. Spammed (Crack for money) Advertisements in post or even in signature
First time: -5 points and ban for 30 days,
Second time: ban forever.
5. CRITICAL: Leak [For eXeTools Only] resources and FTP without permission of provider.
Delete ID
6. Abuse of [Reputation+1]
Reputation will be Zeroed and user is downgraded to Friend.

Suggestions:

Some questions have been replied several times before.
1. Please use [Thanks] button instead of thank you post or similar meaningless post.
Each [Add Reputation] adds 1 reputation point. (Exempted: Software Release Section)
Do not abuse the [Add Reputation] button.
2. Please post in English as possible.
Do not share software and tools which are not related to reverse engineering or programming.
3. (Warning) One user one ID.
One user with multiple IDs are not allowed and will be banned or deleted.
If an account is used by more than one user, that is a 'shared' account and will be banned or deleted.
4. Please make sure your registered e-mail is available.
If you use invalid e-mail address, credit of our mail server will be downgraded when we send e-mail.
Accounts with invalid e-mail address will be banned.
Your registered e-mail is the only access to receive password.
To avoid social engineering, forum staff should not change user's e-mail address and password manually.
5. Password
Please avoid using same password on several forums.
6. Files:
When file size is small, please upload as attachment.
When file size is big, please upload to a public (free to download) internet (cloud) space.
Do not use those (money-making) services.
